Labmate K and I are feeling the severe need for looking at awesome things. For that reason, we're going to gawk at art tomorrow. The only problem is, we're deciding where to go: LACMA or MOCA?

K is really into contemporary art. I enjoy contemporary art, but I don't go out of my way to see it. Which is why going to MOCA with her would be a good idea, as I'll likely not have a better companion to go with, and will likely not go at all if left to my own inclinations.

Of course, I've only been to LACMA once during my first year in a hazy evening party thing, and I've wanted to go back and see it when I was actually aware, etc.

So....

You presented us with a difficult choice! The option of seeing MOCA with a true admirer of modern art, or LACMA which you know you will love. In the end, I chose LACMA. Probably because I'm not fond of modern art either. But I also figured that LACMA would have some modern art exhibits there, so you can each indulge in your interests. Plus, I just looked at LACMA's website and it looks like it has an interesting and welll-rounded collection that would be fun to explore.

But, whichever one you end up visiting tomorrow, sounds like you can't go wrong!

Me too not

Another person here not too fond of modern art. And I think Amy's thought that there will be some modern at LACMA is a good one!

Ditto on the modern art. Not my favorite.
Have fun no matter where you go. :)
