Discoveries in late night radio

I'm perfectly convinced that there's a strange curse associated with
jennlynnfs's new place in Long Beach. Of the four times I've been out there, I've had delays three of the times coming back, each delaying my return by at least half an hour.
Tonight's was on the 605 by Whittier, where they decided to narrow four lanes of moving traffic down to just one.
But I am grateful. After all, had I not been stuck in traffic long enough to get caught on commercials on my regular Sat. night late night station, which plays lots of 80s music, I would never have discovered "After Hours" on KROQ, which plays a variety of electronica and techno.
Yes, my friends. This is the beginning of an era.
I spent most of today down in Long Beach with
jennlynnfs and
bijoux. We got together to celebrate
jennlynnfs's birthday (belatedly).
In other news, I finally figured out how to play with a few things, so I gave my blog a face lift; if you're curious what the floating molecules are, well...I work with them. :)
