So despite my fears that I'd spend the entire evening watching the election, I actually managed to write more...of course, it is now approaching 3 a.m. So I've already broken my "I will go to bed before 2:00 every night" rule. I suppose of my three rules (no writing at work, no internet while writing, and the sleep one) that was actually the most likely to fail.

But now I'm farther along in my story. Things have happened. A hunky hero has been introduced! Hurrah!!!!!

Going to bed now.

Thankfully, I go to bed early tonight; too much staying up late to write! I'm glad I started earlier tonight.

I can tell my thought-processes are slower; today's session, while averaging more words/hour than either of my previous sessions, was the most painful; I was much more insecure about my writing. I guess it was the first time I really and truly realized that I was, in fact, NOT writing for quality. The previous two days, I was riding on some strange high....

Well, I shall get some rest and approach again tomorrow.
